Alexandra is AMAZING! I initially purchased my condo to use as a rental after I left California. Sadly, after several HOA issues that lead to costly repairs for owners, I had to make a quick decision to sell. Alexandra turned a dreadful situation into a pleasant one. I hired her to sell my home and she was able to get it done in just 17 days. There were several other units on the market at the same time and I was nervous, but mine was the 2nd to sell – she negotiated terms that worked for me and showed that I was priority the entire time. By Far Alexandra Crawford went above and beyond the call of duty, not just one time but twice. Back in July 2021 when the market was crazy, Alexandra took on my challenge to find the perfect home for our family. We wanted a ranch style home or something similar with lots of land. We saw homes in Aguanga, Lake Riverside, Hemet, Escondido, Valley Center and Murrieta. We literally went threw roads that no car should be on but she didn't say no. I was recommended Alexander by a friend who said she was a great realtor and would help me in my search for a house for the first time, after my experience with her, I don't regret meeting her.
